Track Name: Stay Away
Well here I am all alone again
This time I think I’ll try to stay as long as I can
I know I say this every single time
But usually nothing turns out this fine

And though I know it can be tricky
These situations are often sticky

I need to stay away
So I can begin to feel okay
Some say I should be alright
But I say I lost the fight

Living up to what you think of me
There’s expectations that I’ve got to beat
So what is it I’m really living for?
I couldn’t ask for anything more.

And though I know I can be tricky
My situation is often sticky

I need to stay away
So I can begin to feel okay
Some say I should be alright
But I say I lost the fight

I never knew how to act
Mostly cause of something I lack

I need to begin anew
A life in which I can be liked by few

I need to stay away
So I can begin to feel okay
Some say I should be alright
But I say I lost the fight
Track Name: Dance Party
Taking on your lies
The floor was surprised
Why can’t they just shut up
Opinions aren’t enough

You’re so smart
Until you’re caught

Left a detail out
Your voice gets real loud
Don’t act like you don’t fight
Spit out what you think is right

An activist
Lives in bliss

Cause when the good guys
Pay the price
Their egos grow
The hero dies
A sacrifice
That no one knows
No one knows

Egos grow
No one knows
But it shows
Track Name: On Purpose On Accident
I’m fixated on a word
It really gives me comfort, but it sounds absurd
When we use it, we love it

I feel sick now don’t you know?
Well it was poison that healed my soul
The treatment was weakened

I freaked out a while ago
When I decided to lose control, so everybody would know
Attention!
I needed all eyes on me
The spot light
That was all I could see
On purpose on accident
Track Name: Midday Orange
The world changes at the sky
Once you’re in, you’re broken skin
The backdrop is made of tile
It’s gone after a while

The girls walk by the five and dime
It’s a sin, 5 plus 10
I can’t tell time and time
It makes me wanna die

The words flow out as lies
They drift in wind and circle shins
Passing eyes in a disguise
I let out a little sigh

Afternoon Hue waves hi
But he stares as he goes by
Siesta starts and never ends
Around the clock solar bends
Midday orange is that all you got?
Same old story, the shade you brought
Turns to night as you say goodbye
Now you’re gone, out of sight

But he’ll be back again
He’s not really a friend
Track Name: Derelict
So you scream and shout and pray
So it all goes away
Things won’t get better

Never listen to what I say
I’ll do it all different day
Silent torture

Don’t forget I’m a derelict
I’m a derelict

Cut ties to all your friends
As a point to make amends
With them after

Cause all you’ve got is talking
And more or less some walking
So it goes by faster

Move over
Start over
Or I’ll be around forever

Don’t forget I’m a derelict
I’m a derelict
Track Name: My Dog Fell Off of the Piano
My dog fell off of the piano
We sat and stared as we watched him go
And when he looked up at me
I think that we all could agree
He was never really my dog

He couldn’t play station at all
And online he often dropped the ball
And when that rumble feature
Turned on that barking creature
They all got mad at my dog

He barks a lot and eats at the table
He makes the walls feel unstable
It’s not a story of flees
Oh god will someone help him please
He is not a very good dog

My dog fell off of the piano
I sat and stared as I watched him go
And when he looked up at me
I think that we all could agree
He was never really a dog
He was never really a dog
He was never really a dog
